Plastic-Free Bread Making Tips

No plastic wrap? No problem!

I never keep any in my house. When making bread, I always used a tea towel over my bowl of dough instead of covering it with plastic wrap.

But…the tea towel gets all sticky and makes a mess.

Here’s a tip to avoid waste and washing!

Put a little oil and a touch of flour on the countertop and roll the dough up. Add the bowl you used to mix in on top of the dough and voila!

Zero-waste, less mess, and less cleanup solution to making bread!
