These Terms of Service apply to all digital content, services, memberships, and programs offered by Balagan Be Gone™, Journey to Organization, and Organized Jewish Life (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or accessing our content, you agree to the following:
Digital Product Policy
All digital products — including ebooks, printables, planners, challenges, and video content — are non-refundable. Due to the instant-access nature of these materials, all sales are final.
Access Duration
Access to digital products and program content is based on the details listed at time of purchase. If no access length is specified, access is granted for 90 days from the purchase date. Extended access may be available as a separate upgrade or bonus offer.
Membership & Session Terms
If you are part of the Journey to Organization membership, session use, scheduling, and renewal policies are governed by our full JTO Terms of Service:

If you are part of the Achievement Accelerator you have access to the course portal and other assets for 1 year from date of purchase.
Intellectual Property
All content we provide, including but not limited to videos, templates, workbooks, planners, recordings, emails, and branding, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, share, or distribute it without written permission.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for managing your own login credentials, session bookings, and participation. Missed sessions, expired access, or lack of usage do not qualify for refunds or extensions.
Payment & Currency
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. International customers are responsible for any applicable currency conversion fees, VAT, or local taxes.
Technology & Availability
We make every effort to ensure continuous access to your materials, but we are not responsible for downtime or disruptions due to internet outages, platform maintenance, third-party service issues, or force majeure.
Termination
We reserve the right to revoke access to any product, program, or membership, without refund, if a user engages in abusive, harmful, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other community members.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our content, services, or platforms after changes are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.
